The most restricted area on the site. This is for whoever maintains cdepoaboone.com day to day — not general board business. Not indexed by search engines and gated to a short admin email list.

Access levels on this site

Four tiers, each its own Cloudflare Access application scoped to a URL path. An admin can hold more than one tier — most admins will also be board members and owners.

Managing who has access

All four tiers are enforced in the Cloudflare Zero Trust dashboard, not in this site's code.

  1. Zero Trust → Access → Applications
  2. Open the application for the path you're updating
  3. Edit the Allow policy's email list — add or remove addresses
  4. Changes take effect immediately, no redeploy needed

Updating site content

This is a static site — content changes mean editing the HTML files and redeploying, not logging into a CMS.

  1. Edit the relevant file (index.html, members/index.html, etc.)
  2. Push to the connected GitHub repo, or re-upload to Cloudflare Pages
  3. Pages redeploys automatically within a minute or two

Recurring maintenance checklist

  • When a lot sells: remove the old owner's email from the Owner Access policy, add the new owner, update members/index.html
  • After each board election: update the Board Access policy email list and the Board of Directors section on the public page
  • Before each board/owners' meeting: update the calendar and meeting list in the Meetings section
  • After each meeting: post approved minutes in Documents; move draft minutes out of the Board Portal once approved
  • Annually: refresh the Financials section with the new budget and reserve figures
  • Annually: confirm the domain registration auto-renewed
