Annual Owners' Meeting

Held each fall for the annual budget vote and board elections. Notice and proxy forms are mailed at least 30 days in advance per the Bylaws.

Architectural Review Committee

Every exterior change — new construction, additions, paint, fencing, solar, and major landscaping — requires ARC approval before work begins, per Article VII of the Covenants.

Meets the second Tuesday of each month to review submitted applications.

Submission process

  1. Download and complete the ARC Request Form.
  2. Attach site plan, elevations, and material or color samples.
  3. Submit to the committee at least 30 days before planned work.
  4. Receive written approval, conditional approval, or denial within 45 days.
